I. Our Business Ethics Principles

A. Integrity

Honesty and integrity are our primary values in all our business processes and relationships. We act with honesty and transparency in our relationships with employees and all stakeholders.

B. Confidentiality

Confidential information includes any information belonging to Seyidoğlu Otomotiv A.Ş. (Seyidoğlu Otomotiv Tamir Bakım ve Park İşletmeciliği Müşavirlik Hizmetleri A.Ş.) that may create a competitive disadvantage if disclosed. This includes trade secrets, financial information not yet disclosed to the public, personnel information, personal data of employees, customers, and stakeholders, as well as information that we are obliged to protect under confidentiality agreements with third parties.

As employees of Seyidoğlu Otomotiv, we respect the privacy and protection of confidential information belonging to our customers, employees, and business partners. We protect confidential information related to the operations of Seyidoğlu Otomotiv and use it only for company purposes. Such information is shared only with authorized individuals within defined permissions.

For us, it is strictly unacceptable to obtain any commercial benefit, including buying or selling shares on stock exchanges, through the disclosure of confidential company information (“insider trading”).

When leaving the company, we do not take with us any confidential information, documents, projects, regulations, or similar materials obtained during our duties.


C. Conflict of Interest

As employees of Seyidoğlu Otomotiv, we aim to avoid conflicts of interest.

We do not use our current position to obtain personal benefits for ourselves, our families, or our relatives from individuals or organizations with whom we have business relationships. We do not engage in any additional financial business activity outside Seyidoğlu Otomotiv. We avoid using the Seyidoğlu name, power, or corporate identity for personal benefit.

In cases of potential conflict of interest, if we believe that the interests of the parties involved can be protected through legal and ethical methods, we apply such methods. In situations of uncertainty, we consult our managers, the Human Resources Department, or the Ethics Committee.


D. Our Responsibilities

In addition to our legal responsibilities, we fulfill our responsibilities toward our customers, colleagues, shareholders, suppliers, business partners, competitors, society, humanity, and the Seyidoğlu brand.


1. Legal Responsibilities

We conduct all our activities and operations both domestically and internationally in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and international law.

While conducting our activities, we maintain equal distance from all public institutions, administrative bodies, non-governmental organizations, and political parties, without expecting any benefit.


2. Responsibilities to Our Customers

We work with a proactive approach focused on customer satisfaction, responding to customer needs and expectations quickly and accurately.

We provide our services on time and under the conditions we promise, and we treat our customers with respect, dignity, fairness, equality, and courtesy.


3. Responsibilities to Our Employees

We ensure that employees' rights are exercised fully and correctly.

We treat employees fairly and honestly and provide a non-discriminatory, safe, and healthy working environment. We support the individual development of our employees and encourage their participation in social responsibility and community activities while maintaining a balance between work and private life.


4. Responsibilities to Our Shareholders

By prioritizing the sustainability of Seyidoğlu Otomotiv and aiming to create value for our shareholders, we avoid unnecessary or unmanageable risks and strive for sustainable profitability.

We act with financial discipline and accountability and manage our company resources and working time efficiently and responsibly. We aim to strengthen our competitiveness and invest in areas with growth potential that will provide the highest return on invested resources.

We provide our shareholders and the public with timely, accurate, complete, and understandable information regarding our financial statements, strategies, investments, and risk profile.


5. Responsibilities to Suppliers and Business Partners

We act fairly and respectfully toward the individuals and organizations we do business with and make every effort to fulfill our obligations on time.

We carefully protect the confidential information of our business partners and suppliers.


6. Responsibilities to Our Competitors

We compete effectively only within legal and ethical boundaries and avoid unfair competition.

We support efforts aimed at maintaining a fair and competitive market environment within society.


7. Responsibilities to Society and Humanity

Protecting democracy, human rights, and the environment is very important to us.

With the awareness of being responsible corporate citizens, we act sensitively toward social issues and strive to take part in activities that benefit society such as education, charity, and public welfare services.

We respect the traditions and cultures of Türkiye and other countries where we carry out international projects. We neither give nor accept bribes or gifts that exceed reasonable value.


8. Responsibilities to the Seyidoğlu Name

Our business partners, customers, and stakeholders trust us because of our professional competence and integrity. We strive to maintain this reputation at the highest level.

We provide our services in accordance with company policies, professional standards, our commitments, and ethical rules, and we make every effort to fulfill our obligations.

We aim to work with customers, partners, and employees who meet the criteria of integrity and legitimacy and avoid working with those who harm social values, the environment, or public health.

When speaking in public or in situations where listeners may assume we represent the company, we express only the company’s views, not our personal opinions.

In media relations and social media platforms, we act with the awareness that our statements may be associated with the company.

If we encounter complex situations that may put Seyidoğlu Otomotiv at risk, we first consult appropriate personnel by following proper technical and administrative consultation procedures.
